Peace Tree

The first steps towards our Peace Tree have been made with the construction of mesh to hang our ribbons from.

Anyone and everyone will be invited to hang a ribbon for Peace.

Whether it be for the end of war, overcoming selfishness, freedom from fear, release from mental anguish – this will be a prayer for a new beginning.

The Peace Tree commissioning will occur on Sunday December 17th in our 9:30am service, but may be used in conjunction with other services, for example the Blue Christmas service, which is specifically for people who find Christmas to be a difficult or challenging time.
