AGAPE MEAL GROUPS
(Please note this group was suspended during Covid and has yet to be re-activated)
Join with others sharing in friendship over a meal. Groups are rotated annually and members take it in turn to host with others bringing food to share.
BOOKIES GROUPS

Eastern Libraries’ book groups (one or two depending on number of participants) meet monthly at the Church gathering space to discuss the books read and enjoy refreshments together.
GARDEN GROUP

Our newly formed garden group is developing the Church grounds into a sensory delight, incorporating spaces for enjoyment and spiritual reflection. All are welcome to participate, regardless of gardening experience.
HELPING HAND EMERGENCY RELIEF CENTRE

Collection of food donations weekly for distribution to those in need. Several of our members also volunteer their assistance at the Centre. The Centre is located at 5a Mount View Street Croydon; open Monday to Friday, 9:30-11:45am.
MENTORING PROGRAM

Conducted at a local Primary School by Church members, in association with the school. The aim is to provide support and encouragement for children identified by the School as likely to benefit.
A Working With Children Check is necessary for this activity.
MONTHLY SOCIAL DINNERS

On the first Tuesday of each month, groups meet to share food, friendship and conversation at local restaurants. Any age welcome. Bookings are requested.
PURPLE THONG TOURING COMPANY

A camping group who enjoy four extended weekends away per year, in either caravans, tents or cabins. Varied destinations are explored, all within one to three hour’s drive radius from the Church. Heaps of fun is had by all who attend. See News section for 2025 dates.
